Ordering and Payment Options
- You
can order online using our shopping cart, and pay by credit card. We accept most major credit cards
through our secure and encrypted card handling system. Mastercard Secure
Code and Verified by Visa are available if your card has been enabled.
- All
payments must be in GBP. For
customers from outside the United Kingdom, your credit card provider will
convert at their current exchange rate.
- We
can now also accept payments by PayPal.
- If
you do not wish to pay by credit card, email details of your order to us
at sales@elegantscotland.com
and we will inform you by email of the total cost of your order. You can then send a cheque, made
payable to “Elegant Scotland”, to us by post. Our Sales Office address is shown in Contact Us. Your order will be dispatched when the
cheque has been cleared.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch most orders within 7 working
days of receipt of order, but items which have options, such as finishes,
stones, or specific clan crests, have to be manufactured to order and may longer. You will be
informed by email if any delay is expected. Orders weighing up to 2Kg are
sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Airmail. Orders over 2Kg within the
UK are sent by Parcelforce. A signature will be required for all
deliveries. For overseas orders over 2Kg, please contact sales@elegantscotland.com
for delivery options.
Import Taxes and Duties
All orders will be shipped from the United
Kingdom. Any import taxes and duties
due to the importation of the goods into another country will be the
responsibility of the customer. Since
these taxes vary from country to country, you should contact your own customs
authority if you wish to know what these charges will be.
Returns
- In
the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, please send an email
immediately to service@elegantscotland.com and we will resolve the problem. Please retain all the original packing materials in case you have to
return the item to us. If this is
required, we will refund the shipping costs.
- If
you are not delighted with your product, you can cancel your order anytime
within 7 days of receipt and return it to us at your own cost. We will refund your payment. It must be accompanied by an authorised
return number, which can be obtained by emailing or telephoning us.
Products must be received back in a saleable condition, and your payment
will be refunded within 30 days.
Exception. Items which have been made specifically
for you.
- Items
being returned from outside the United Kingdom
for any reason should be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” or they may be
subject to additional import taxes and duties which will be the
responsibility of the customer.
Privacy
We will not pass any of your
personal details to third parties, but from time to time we may send you
details about Elegant Scotland products and special offers. If you do not wish to receive further
information, please email service@elegantscotland.com
and your details will be removed from our database.
Applicable Law
The contract between us shall be
governed by and interpreted in accordance with Scottish Law and Scottish courts
shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
